In 2023, we were delighted to be appointed by Emirates Airlines to orchestrating two exciting and high-profile events. We commenced with Emirati Women’s Day celebration which was held in their headquarters and looked to celebrate the amazing achievements of their local ladies. The event was themed as an ‘Afternoon Tea’ where the guests enjoyed engaging panel talks and speed networking sessions.
We brought the afternoon tea theme to life through transforming the atrium at Emirates Group Headquarters into a captivating café-style setting. The ambiance was enriched with bespoke décor elements, including floral arrangements, planters, and tastefully coordinated furnishings. For that Instagram moment a living flower photo wall was set up for memorable snapshots.
Our guests also enjoyed creating their own bespoke perfumes with our talented perfumier, once they chose their scents they received a bottle as there take away gift.
A few weeks later the Emirates team engaged us to deliver their next event, which was a high-profile event with many dignitaries in attendance to discuss the topic of youth empowerment. The event’s primary goal was to raise awareness about the Emirates Group’s diverse contributions across various sectors, inspiring employees to delve deeper into their initiatives and comprised of panels and keynotes from leading regional figures.
We ensured a seamless experience by providing high-quality audio systems, delivering clear and immersive sound without disrupting other employees in the building. Additionally, we set up an innovative Interactive X-shape 360-degree stand featuring 32-inch TV screens. This setup allowed attendees to explore initiatives and opportunities within four different departments, encouraging interactive engagement and meaningful insights.
Throughout both events all elements were captured by our in-house photo and video team who delivered edited images and a 2-minute event wrap up video following the events. From setup to guest experience, every detail was thoughtfully curated to ensure a flawless and memorable occasion.
